HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a global construction company to hire multiple General Laborers. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience, STANDUP forklift operation skills, and a strong work ethic. The General Laborers will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, loading/unloading, picking, and operating material handling equipment.

Title: General Labor
Location:
North Phoenix
Schedule: Mon-Fri 5A-4P (Sat OT sometime)
Must have a vehicle and willing to travel between warehouse and construction site (10 mins drive).
Type: Long-Term Contract (renew every 6 months)
Pay Rate: $25/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Operate standup forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual material movement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of forklift experience (standup forklift is a MUST).
  • Ok with the built in overtime schedule & have the flexibility to travel between sites
  • Familiarity with electrical pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Experience in receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Must wear safety boots at all times while on-site.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
