Position Overview
Our client is seeking detail-oriented individuals for Small Parts Finisher/Small Parts Set Up/Molding Set Up. This position involves operating finishing machines to cut and shape small abrasive products to precise manufacturing specifications.
**Primary Responsibilities: **
Operate finishing machines to cut and finish small parts to required specifications
Monitor product quality to ensure proper size, shape, and finish
Perform routine measurements to maintain consistency and accuracy
Maintain steady production output to maximize earnings
Record production totals and follow work order requirements
Follow all safety and quality procedures
**Requirements: **
Good measuring skills
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
Good hand-eye coordination
Motivated to work in a performance-based (piecework) pay structure
