Pay: Starting at $17 - $18/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join a stable and growing team in Oak Creek. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions, including assembly, order picking, loading and unloading, and forklift operation. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and staging orders
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with assembly tasks using hand and power tools (based on experience)
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training may be provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with power tools is a plus (required for higher-paying assembly roles)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation required – must be able to commute to Oak Creek
