General Labor Warehouse Workers Shift Schedules We operate Monday through Saturday (7 hours per shift, 42 hours per week total). Candidates must be available to work all 6 scheduled days. Shift #1 (Morning): Monday Saturday: 6:00 AM 1:30 PM Shift #2 (Afternoon/Evening): Monday Saturday: 1:30 PM 8:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate / Picker & Packer to join our team in Pottstown, PA! In this hybrid role, you ll split your time between general warehouse operations and light picking/packing duties. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, staying active, and keeping orders moving efficiently, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities: Select items using pick lists or handheld RF scanners; pack orders accurately and securely into boxes with appropriate shipping materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; sweep aisles, clear trash, and break down cardboard boxes. Unload incoming shipments, sort merchandise, and assist with stocking shelves or palletizing goods. Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing and shipping. Apply shipping labels, weigh packages, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
