Job Description

Overview
Join our team as a Production Associate and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You'll be cross-trained in various positions, allowing you to learn more and increase your earning potential. The position offers opportunities for overtime and weekend work, enhancing your skills and experience.
Shift

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM (possible mandatory weekend OT)

Responsibilities

Truck Washing: Enter and exit truck beds to clean vehicles thoroughly.
Wiring: Apply wire tape along vehicle exteriors.
Bridging: Place masking tape along vehicle surfaces.
Detailing: Clean and prep vehicles for delivery.
Rotate through various roles to build comprehensive experience across operations.

Required Qualifications

Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Valid Missouri driver's license (required for 2nd & 3rd shifts).
Ability to stand for the entire shift and move in and out of vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a physically active role.
Comfortable with repetitive movements throughout the day.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for the full shift.
Comfortable moving in and out of vehicles multiple times per shift.
Able to handle a physically active role throughout the day.
