Position Overview
We are currently hiring multiple General Laborers / Yard Hands to join a busy operation in Tulsa. This is an outdoor, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working with tools, and being active throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to assist with a variety of yard, material handling, and general labor tasks.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Basic experience using hand tools preferred
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties in an outdoor yard environment
Use grinders and other hand tools safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with yard operations and production support activities
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
Support supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned
Help maintain efficient workflow and material movement throughout the yard
Preferred Qualifications
Previous general labor, yard, construction, or warehouse experience
Experience operating grinders or similar tools
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Experience working in outdoor industrial environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive movement
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday
Work Environment
Outdoor yard and industrial work environment
Exposure to weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment
Fast-paced setting requiring physical activity throughout the shift
PPE required as designated by company safety policies
