General Labor

Immediate need for general laborer in Youngstown area.
Position is Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm with some Saturday overtime

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing and production of products.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Move materials throughout the plant .
• Measure, stage, and prepare materials according to production requirements.
• Assist machine operators with production activities.
• Fill, package, label, stack, and palletize finished products.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Perform routine cleanup of equipment and work areas.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and production equipment after training.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds .
• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
