General Laborer $16.85/hr (Weekly Pay)

Location: Brighton, MI.

Shifts/Pay Rate:

• 1st shift: $16.65 per hour (8am-4:30pm)
• 2nd Shift: $16.85 per hour (4:30 PM – 12:30 AM) ($0.20 shift premium included)

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Brighton, MI facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to establish a long-term position with room to grow. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily production activities including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection

• Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided)

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols

• Support machine operators with materials and finished goods

• Track and report production output and any issues to supervisors

• Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily goals

• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift

• Willingness to learn and follow directions
