Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring General Labor and Production Associates for immediate openings with manufacturing partners in Youngstown, Boardman, Struthers, and surrounding areas.
Pay & Schedule
Starting at $17/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
6-day work week required
Mandatory overtime available
Job Duties
Load and unload materials
General labor and production support
Stand, walk, and bend throughout shift
Lift 50+ lbs consistently
Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to work overtime and weekends
Reliable attendance
