Job Summary
General Labor positions are available in the Arnold & Fenton area, with a focus on hands-on construction, demolition, cleanup, and material handling work. These roles are a good fit for candidates who are comfortable with physical labor, staying active throughout the shift, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, demolition, cleanup, and job site support tasks

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials

• Remove debris and keep work areas clean and safe

• Use basic hand tools, carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed

• Support warehouse, production, construction, or labor crews

• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads

• Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift

Qualifications / Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome

• Must be comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Must be reliable and able to report to work on time

• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team

• Previous construction, demolition, cleanup, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Preferred Skills

• Previous construction, demolition, or cleanup experience

• Comfortable using basic hand tools
