General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position involves assembling metal products, using hand and pneumatic tools, and assisting with various production processes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble racks, carts, and baskets according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools, including wrenches, to assemble products.
• Operate pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
• Apply stencils, labels, and stickers to finished products.
• Perform touch-up painting as needed.
• Wash and dry finished products.
• Load and unload materials from the wash line.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and pneumatic tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will complete a walkthrough of the facility with the production supervisor before a job offer is extended.
