What You'll Do as a General Laborer:- Package products in a timely and safe manner while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate quality or safety concerns to the Machine Operator or Shift Supervisor
- Assist Machine Operators with code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and product specifications
- Assist with product quality, contamination prevention, weight control, and line efficiency
- Perform general cleaning of production areas during changeovers
- Complete sanitation duties needed at the production lines
- Follow GMP and safety standards and perform other assigned duties
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good decision-making, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs continuously and up to 40 lbs frequently
- Previous work experience demonstrating dependability preferred
