As a General Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting heavy material handling and ensuring safe and accurate pallet restacking. Youll work closely with your team to deliver results that keep operations running smoothly.
What Youll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Manually re-stacking and rebuilding 6 to 8 pallets of heavy bagged powder/mortar product carefully by hand.
- Maintaining strict batch control by completing one pallet at a time (ensuring materials from one batch/pallet are never mixed with another).
- Preserving and re-applying batch identification labels onto the sides of each newly restacked pallet.
- Following all site safety protocols, manual lifting procedures, and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous warehouse, lumper, freight handling, or heavy material handling experience required.
- Physical capability to continuously lift, carry, and stack heavy bagged materials (40-50 lbs) throughout the shift.
