Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction and maintenance tasks
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine cleanup and organization of job sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
