What You'll Do as a General Laborer / Assembler:- Perform basic assembly of parts and products according to instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, or equipment as needed
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general labor tasks such as packaging, material handling, and inventory support
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer / Assembler Role:- Previous assembly or general labor experience is preferred
- Comfortable with repetitious work
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on rare occasions and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills
