Title: General Laborer
Location: Batavia, Ohio
Purpose of Position:
Freeman Enclosure Systems is always looking for motivated individuals to join our team! If you’re interested in working in manufacturing but aren’t sure which position is the best fit, apply here. This general application allows us to review your experience and match you with available opportunities in departments such as Assembly, Welding, Paint, Logistics, Final, Fabrication, QA Inspection, Warehouse and Electrical.
Potential Job Duties(Varies by Department):
· Assemble, inspect, and prepare products for shipping.
· Operate hand and power tools, as well as industrial machinery.
· Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
· Perform quality control checks to ensure production standards.
· Assist in painting, prepping, and finishing metal enclosures.
· Load and unload trucks, operate forklifts, and manage inventory.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Specific Qualifications:Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED preferred (varies by position).
· Manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
· Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed.
· Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
· Most position require a tape measure test
