As a general laborer, you’ll be hands on assisting in various activities. Key Responsibilities
  • General physical labor 
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment
  • Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures 
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Travel to job sites as needed
  • Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance and operations 
  • Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs and completing field tickets
  •  Other duties as may be assigned 
Requirements
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements 
  • Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
    • This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to take direction from supervisors,  focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules.
  • Prior oil & gas experience a plus
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
  • Ability to work in the outdoors, all types of weather, physically demanding environments
  • Physical stamina, ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects
Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend 
  •  Job Type: Full-time 
Benefits:
  • Full complement of benefits available after probationary period
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
