We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering 50+ hours per week, onsite safety training, and opportunities for advancement. If you enjoy hands-on work and are reliable, we'd like to hear from you.
Job Type:
- Full-Time.
- Overtime Available (50+ hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Sort, inspect, and organize materials.
- Load, unload, and move materials as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift (team lifting required for heavier items).
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and wet environments.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, recycling, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work 50+ hours per week.
