What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:- Package various products in a timely and safe manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with Machine Operators or the Shift Supervisor regarding any quality or safety concerns
- Assist Machine Operators with code dates, expiration dates, stickers, and other label-related tasks
- Monitor product quality, contamination risks, and line efficiency
- Perform general cleaning of production areas during changeovers
- Complete sanitation duties as needed on the line or in the production area
- Follow all GMP and safety regulations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Ability to stand for an entire 10-hour shift
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and basic problem solving skills
- Flexibility, dependability, and solid coping skills
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
- Reliable transportation to Delano, MN
