General Laborer

We are looking to expand our growing business. Classification of work includes:-Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.)-Water Management (Sump Pumps, GEO Systems, etc.)Daily tasks required:-Showing up on time-Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner-Cleaning and preparing construction sites-Loading and unloading materials and equipment.-Digging, backfilling, installing material-Following instructions from supervisorsRequirements:-Must have a valid driver's license-Be at least 18 years of age-Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks-Ability to work in all weather-Workers must be punctual and reliable-Previous construction experience is a bonus but not requiredJob Perks:-Starting salary dependent on prior experience. -Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production-90 day review typically follows an increase in pay pending good performance-Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life-Paid holidays & paid time off-401K-Room for growth within company-Monday - Friday work days
