General Laborer

Nesco is looking for a General Laborer to work with a new company on the south side of Columbus. This is a direct hire position, you will receive all company benefits.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift : Monday -Friday 2PM- 10:30PM. Must be fine with overtime
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and setting up equipment
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily work assignments
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the workspace clean and organized
• Operate set down forklift

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in general labor or construction
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• May involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and outdoor elements
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
