Job Summary
Currently seeking multiple General Laborers to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with the fabrication and assembly of components.
The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with fabrication and assembly of components
Interpret project blueprints and technical drawings
Accurately read and take measurements using a tape measure
Operate cranes to move materials throughout the shop
Use hand tools and power tools with precision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow instructions from foreman and shop supervisors
Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic understanding of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Experience reading blueprints or schematics
Experience operating shop equipment or cranes
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
Ability to safely operate power tools
Work Environment
Manufacturing/industrial setting
Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
