General Laborer

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 ten-hour shifts) | Cortland

We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our crew in a hands-on installation and fabrication environment. This role involves working with sheeting, racking systems, and general construction/installation tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble sheeting and racking systems
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Operate basic and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist team members to complete projects efficiently
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn new skills and assist others
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday schedule (4-day work week)
• 10-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities may be available
