What You'll Do as a General Laborer:- Sort and process recyclable metal materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment
- Clean work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain safety and efficiency
- Assist with baling, shredding, and recycling operations
- Maintain an organized facility to support production flow
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Handle general labor tasks in a fast-paced recycling environment
- Support overall recycling operations and team productivity
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:- Experience in manufacturing or general labor environment
- Ability to sort materials accurately and match products to bins
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Ability to perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and standing
- Ability to work as part of a team in a hands-on environment
