Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
- Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure personal and team safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, operating equipment, or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
