General Laborer - Events Staging
(Temporary Contract Employee)
Responsible for setting up event spaces, including heavy furniture, supplies, and equipment. Provide general maintenance and replenishment for event support supplies/equipment. Ensure that the storage areas are organized and clean. Assist with dismantling event setups and cleaning rooms or venues following the event.
This role will involve working some nights and weekends. The manager will provide daily or weekly schedule updates regarding start times for each event.
Duties:
- Ability to lift heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
- Set up chairs and tables
- Perform clean up duties behind moves
- Ability to work both inside and outside the building.
- Ability to climb extension ladders.
- All other event duties as assigned by the manager.
High School diplomas or GED equivalent. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
