Swank Construction Company, LLC is looking for a Laborer to join our Virginia Beach Saw/Seal Division.Position Summary:The primary purpose of the Construction Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the position's supervisor.Job LocationThis job is located in Fayetteville, NC.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.Perform tasks which may include concrete cutting, joint taping/backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power tools.Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.Willingness to work in various weather conditions.Willingness to learn all aspects of the job.Dependable, Reliable, Punctual, & Self Motivated.Workdays & Shifts:Must be available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends).Willingness to travel for extended periods of time.Education/Certifications/Licenses:Valid driver's license - Required.Experience & Knowledge:Prior experience as a laborer or other relevant experience preferred.Other Requirements:Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including MVR.Swank Construction Company, LLC is a drug free and Equal Opportunity Employer.
