About Us:
Paul Davis Restoration specializes in restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers / Field Technicians to join our team. This is an entry-level role—no experience required! If you can lift, follow instructions, and are eager to work, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks.
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
- Set up and take down equipment at job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Some common tasks this role will involve: debris removal, demolition, water extraction, equipment setup, etc.
- Basic hand tools, tools and training provided.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided!
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
