Location: Dallas, TX 75211 (West Illinois Ave & S Cockrell Hill Rd)
Pay:

• Day Shift: $17/hour
• Afternoon Shift: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Day: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check (done by MGR Workforce)

Job Summary

We are hiring General Laborers / Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Dallas. The role involves assisting with the assembly of heavy equipment and power generation enclosures in a production environment.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or construction experience is an asset, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly of mechanical components and equipment
• Gather and prepare parts, materials, and tools for production
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Move materials using pallet jacks or other approved equipment
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipping or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow production schedules, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures
• Support other manufacturing, production, and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or construction experience is an asset
• Basic hand and power tool experience is an asset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Available Monday to Friday for the assigned shift
• Successful completion of a background check required

PPE & Physical Requirements

Mandatory PPE: Steel-toe boots, yellow hard hat, and high-vis vest

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
