Responsibilities: Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various daily tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe job site by clearing debris and organizing materials.
Load and unload supplies, tools, and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Requirements: *
Physical Strength: Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work.
Attitude: A willingness to learn and take direction from team leads.
Environment: Ability to work on your feet in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
