General Laborer

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent attendance will contribute to the efficient and timely execution of our construction operations.

Responsibilities: 

Perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction projects, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials, equipment, and tools. 

Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by providing them with the necessary tools and materials and helping them with their tasks as . 

Maintain a clean and organize work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and that debris and waste are disposed of safely. 

Follow instructions and work under the guidance of supervisors and experienced team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. 

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness and reporting any potential hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel. 

Demonstrate good time management skills and consistently arrive on time for work without excessive absenteeism or calling out, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules. 

Show a strong work ethic by consistently performing tasks to the best of your abilities, being proactive in seeking additional responsibilities, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve. 

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, seek clarification, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
