What Youll Do
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Traveling between residential properties to complete requests
Cleaning cobwebs off buildings
Hauling various furniture items
Pressure washing buildings and surrounding areas
Cleaning human waste as needed
Inspecting units to identify maintenance or safety concerns
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
Reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
