Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Store Associate to support daily retail operations. This role involves assisting customers, processing orders, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and working in both standard and freezer environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and restaurant clients
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Handle invoices, checks, and related documentation
- Print labels and invoices using company systems
- Stock and rotate products on shelves
- Pack food items for delivery orders
- Maintain clean, organized shelves and store areas
- Work in both freezer and regular temperature environments
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
