Job Summary

Our client, a leading food distribution and retail company, is hiring a Retail Store Associate for its St. Cloud, Minnesota location. This full-time role supports daily store operations, serving walk-in customers and external restaurant clients through order processing, product stocking, food packing, and general store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and external restaurant clients.
- Take and process product orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and rotate products, including handling items in cold and freezer environments.
- Pack food products and maintain inventory organization.
- Handle invoices and related documentation with accuracy.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep.

Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with order processing and documentation handling.
- Ability to work in cold and freezer environments.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
- Contract duration: Approximately 1,040 hours (about 6 months), with potential for extension based on business needs.
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays. 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Location: St. Cloud, MN (on-site).
- Travel: None required (0%).
