About the Position

The General Labor position consists of brick handling, brick packaging, and brick cutting. This is a fast-paced position and is also an incentive-based position once the probationary period is completed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous experience within manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.
• Self-motivated with good time management is essential.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot required.
• General knowledge of basic hand tools, ability to read and understand measuring tools.
• Must be able to discern colors.
