Job Full Description
o Pay Rate: $20.00
o Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM
o Key Responsibilities: General landscaping & minor maintenance of various Rosetti Properties.
Performs duties as necessaryto insure maintenance of property, buildings, and systems, including preventative maintenance. May be doing a fair amount of General Labor.- Landscaping would like someone with mulching experience on large property as well as working on large mowing machines
o Skills & Experience Required: Basic mechanical, electrical, heating, and plumbing systems. Drivers license and transportation
o Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
