General Laborer

D&E Machine Company is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support daily production and operations at our onsite location in Lebanon, OH.

Position Summary

As a General Laborer, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by performing hands-on tasks that support manufacturing and warehouse activities. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and ready to contribute as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with basic production support, material handling, deliveries, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Your attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures will help keep work moving efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general production support tasks, including moving materials and assisting with workflow as needed

• Load, unload, and transport items while following established safety practices

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas to support a safe and efficient environment

• Follow standard operating procedures and use appropriate safety equipment at all times

• Support team goals by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, walking, and working in a production environment

• Valid driver license and clear driving record to perform deliveries

• Willingness to work onsite full-time in Lebanon, OH

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety procedures

• Strong reliability and punctuality with a team-oriented attitude

• Basic comfort with repetitive tasks and meeting daily production expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting

• Familiarity with workplace safety practices and safe material handling techniques

• Experience supporting inventory movement or assisting with basic operational tasks

• A proactive approach to keeping work areas organized and reporting issues promptly
