General Laborer – Scrap Handling / Warehouse Clean-Up

Our client is a precision manufacturing company proudly built around the statement MADE IN THE USA. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a General Laborer to support a short-term warehouse clean-up project. This role is focused on clearing scrap from the warehouse and supplying it to the machinists and team leads for part recycling — immediate hire.

Responsibilities

•     Pick up and collect scrap material throughout the warehouse and production floor

•     Deliver scrap to machinists and team leads so parts can be recycled

•     Keep scrap and work areas organized, clear, and safe throughout the shift

•     Support machinists and team leads with the recycling process as needed

•     Perform general labor duties as assigned to support the warehouse clean-up project

Requirements

•     1+ year of warehouse experience

•     Must be authorized to work in the United States

•     Must have reliable transportation

•     Able to work 35–40 hours per week; occasional overtime may be offered

•     Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on their own – reasonable accommodations may be made for employees with disabilities

Benefits

Job Type: Temporary Project (1–3 Months)

Hours: 35–40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed

Pay: $7.25 / hour (Pennsylvania minimum wage)
