General Laborer

Our client, in Lincoln NE, an event services and setup organization, is seeking General Laborers to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the event setup crew supporting onsite operations and install teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
Pay Range: 20.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Assist with setting up and tearing down horse stalls and event tents
• Perform heavy lifting (team lifting panels weighing up to 175 lbs / ~75 lbs per person)
• Work outdoors in summer heat for extended periods
• Follow direction from onsite leads to complete event setup efficiently
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What’s Needed?

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat all day
• Steel/composite toe boots required; must bring your own gloves
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive by 6:30 AM
• Strong teamwork and willingness to follow instructions
