Description
General Laborer / Machine Helper
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Position Type: Full-Time
Location: New Berlin, WI
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer / Machine Helper to assist with the operation of ink-jet printing equipment. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a production environment and is comfortable learning machinery and processes.
Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and operation of ink-jet printing equipment.
Load, unload, and handle materials used during production.
Support the machine operator with day-to-day production activities.
Monitor materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Follow production instructions and established safety procedures.
Use basic computer functions as needed to support equipment operation.
Lift and move materials weighing approximately 50–75 pounds.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other general production and machine-assisting duties as assigned.
Work mandatory overtime when required.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Basic computer skills are required.
Ability to safely lift and handle 50–75 pounds.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime.
