1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6am - 4pm

Job Overview
The Preventative Maintenance(CNC) is responsible for keeping CNC machines and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and production-ready. This role supports machine operators by performing routine cleaning, handling materials, replenishing supplies, and helping maintain an efficient and safe work environment. ---

A Day in the Life
As a Preventative Maintenance (CNC), your daily responsibilities will include:
Clean CNC machines, workstations, and surrounding production areas.
Remove chips, debris, and excess materials from machines and work areas.
Perform routine machine cleaning and lubrication as directed.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-process throughout the department.
Replenish tooling, supplies, and production materials as needed.
Assist operators with machine changeovers and general production support.
Complete cleaning and maintenance checklists accurately.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Identify and report machine issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to supervisors. --

Experience & Skills

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and material-handling tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and wear required PPE.
