General Laborer

This position is hands-on and the candidate needs to safely be able to be quick on their feet.

Mon-Fri with 30-min lunch. Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Must be flexible with breaks and lunch. Production cannot cease until the current run has ended.

Must be able to perform the functions od the job while exposed to various weather conditions. i.e. heat in the summer, cold in the winter.

Mechanically able to do general maintenance of machinery.

Ability to life 50-55 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.

Basic forklift knowledge is a plus.

Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure a timely shipment.

Reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.

Excellent communication with team members.

Basic math skills.

Keep the worksite clean. The production line and surrounding area must be cleaned at the end of each day.

Ability to climb rolling stairs and be physically active throughout the shift.

Bonus: Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing.
