General Laborer

We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for hands-on general labor positions. This is a physical role that may involve working with materials, equipment, parts, or other products in a production, warehouse, construction, or outdoor environment.

Job Duties

• Perform physical labor such as lifting, moving, sorting, cleaning, and preparing materials
• Assist with assembly, production, construction, landscaping, or maintenance tasks
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed
• Assist with pallet rebuilding and material handling
• Help with mechanical, carpentry, or welding tasks
• Learn new equipment and processes, including CNC operation when applicable
• Follow instructions and maintain a safe, clean work area
• Perform other hands-on tasks as needed

Requirements

• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors
• Previous construction, landscaping, production, mechanical, carpentry, welding, or industrial experience is a plus
