Position Overview
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position supports fabrication, welding, shop operations, deliveries, and general facility maintenance while helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or construction environments, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in industrial, construction, or general labor environments preferred
Manufacturing education or certifications are a plus
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Commitment to workplace safety and quality
Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist fabrication and welding teams with daily production activities
Perform general labor tasks throughout the shop and production areas
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with deliveries, material movement, and shop maintenance
Learn to safely operate grinders, overhead cranes, forklifts, plasma cutters, and other shop equipment
Follow all company safety procedures and standard work practices
Meet production and quality expectations for assigned tasks
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience
Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or other industrial equipment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple shop functions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move light to heavy materials throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, squatting, and repetitive movement
Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
Comfortable performing physically demanding work while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
