Pay & Overtime

  Full-Time Position
  
• 
  2nd Shift: Monday Friday, 2: 30 PM 11: 00 PM
  
• 
  Limited Saturday overtime available based on production needs

  Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Build skids and pallets using hand and power tools
  
• 
  Package and bundle steel products according to work orders and specifications
  
• 
  Perform quality inspections on packaged materials
  
• 
  Assist machine operators as needed throughout production
  
• 
  Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after training
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and safe work area
  

Requirements

• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  
• 
  Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  
• 
  Strong commitment to workplace safety
  
• 
  Ability to perform housekeeping duties throughout shift
  
• 
  Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
  
• 
  Previous forklift or machinery experience is a plus but not required
