General Laborer

Machine Operator / General Laborer 
Location: Pearl, MS
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a steel manufacturing facility in Pearl, MS as Machine Operators/General Laborers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the steel manufacturing process
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Assist with general production and labor duties throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Use hand and power tools
• Read a tape measure is a plus!
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus but not required
• Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
