Performs general manual labor tasks in a fast paced enviroment preparing meat product to feed lines and/or prepare for the next stage of processing. including but not limited to: Effectively utilize tools, processes, and materials to process and package meat products within planned schedules, Follow all Food Safety requirements and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), assist cleanliness of general work area, labeling cases or pallets, restacking cases or pallets, and assisting with a variety of additional functions and manual labor tasks as needed. Contractor should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within particular field.
