We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to support cable installation and infrastructure setup in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate deployment of electrical and data cabling across cleanroom and industrial areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in cable pulling, construction, or general labor preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment.

  • Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict contamination control procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Working Conditions:

  • May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

  • Work may be performed in cleanroom, industrial, or construction zones.

  • Support logistics of cable and electrical components.

  • Assist with installation of conduits and supports.

  • Work closely with electricians, technicians, and project managers to ensure proper material and tool procurement and delivery to working area.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.

  • Perform spotter duties for teams of electricians.

  • Perform basic measurements and documentation of cable runs.

  • Support general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup.

  • Support logistics of cable and electrical components.
