Job Title: General Laborer

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM and 1:30PM-10:00PM (mandatory overtime)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a General Laborer position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

General Laborer Responsibilities:

• Assist with production and support various departments

• Move materials and maintain workflow on the production floor

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow instructions and safety guidelines

General Laborer Requirements:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience

• Experience working with copper, sheet metal, steel, aluminum, coils, or other metal products preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is highly preferred

• Ability to read and use a tape measure (must successfully complete a basic tape measure assessment during the interview)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
