### **Essential Functions & Responsibilities**

* Grind and clean materials according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
* Perform **first article inspections** using blueprints and drawings.
* Detect and report **defective or questionable materials**.
* Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
* Use **overhead and JIB cranes** safely and efficiently.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.

### **Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Ability to **read a tape measure** and interpret blueprints.
* Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
* Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
